This site describes Hermes, software in early development for assisted living communities. The content here is informational; it is not an offer of service, and nothing on this page creates an agreement between us.

We work to keep everything here accurate, but the product is early and details will change. If something on this page matters to a decision you are making, get in touch and ask; we would rather tell you directly.

Text messaging

Hermes sends text messages only to people who have asked to receive them. Message frequency varies with the conversation you have opted into. Message and data rates may apply, and rates are set by your carrier, not by us. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ownership

The Hermes name, the winged-H mark, and the content of this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Liability

This site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transparent Metrics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to it will not exceed one hundred dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and both sides consent to that venue.
